What is a straightforward improvement?
A defined project with manageable coordination needs, such as a few windows in existing openings or equipment replacement through a qualified provider. Layout changes, plumbing relocation, structural work, or extensive multi-trade coordination need a separate review. The boundary is scope and coordination demands, not simply the price.
Can I use my existing contractor?
Yes. You choose the providers. Roost can coordinate with your existing contractor around the agreed scope, estimates, appointments, and follow-up.
What if the scope grows?
We review the change together and agree on any additional scope and fees before work begins. Expanded work is not automatically included, and Complete does not include renovation management.
Can Roost coordinate multiple projects?
Complete supports one active improvement project at a time alongside routine maintenance coordination. We can help plan the sequence of future improvements; concurrent improvement projects or more extensive coordination are reviewed separately before agreeing on additional scope and fees.
